We will not reserved your preferable exchange size until we receive the item
You can only exchange within 3 days upon receiving the item. Will not entertain after 3 days. Exchange and returning process will take 14 working day to process.
Charges (return and delivery) will be bare by customer.

We prefer if you can walk in to our HQ (Bangi Sentral) to exchange size.
