If you wish to exchange sizes, or return your items please notify us once you have receive the parcel. Once we have confirm the stock is available to or your allow to exchange size, kindly deliver back to us or we will arrange a pickup if available. You will have to pay the costs of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed. You will be refunded in the form of Store Credit of the value of items bought. Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website. An email or WhatsApp notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value.
Sale and markdown items are non-returnable and non exchangeable.
Items that are damaged, marked or altered or without price tag may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
