Exchange and Returns:

• Tag must be attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered (in any form) and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within: Three (3) days of receiving your order

• To exchange sizes, or return your items please notify us once you have receive the parcel. Once we have confirm the stock is available, you're allowed to exchange size, kindly deliver back to us.

• You will have to pay the costs of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed. You will be refunded in the form of Store Credit of the value of items bought. Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website in limited time line.

• If the item does not fit, you can always WhatsApp us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability with the same collection only . If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value. 

• Sale and markdown items are non-returnable and non exchangeable.

• Items that are damaged, marked or altered or without price tag may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
