Here's what you can do to maintain your product's longevity.
To maintain the quality of your items, avoid exposing leathers, synthetics, and metal accessories to humidity, liquids, excessive heat, or direct sunlight. Such exposure may lead to irreversible damage.
Excessive friction or contact with oily substances like cosmetics or alcohol can cause discoloration, fading, or transfer of color onto light-colored fabrics and surfaces.
To keep your shoes, bags and accessories clean, wipe them with a soft dry cloth. When they are not in use, store them in a dust bag in a clean, cool and dry place.

Please note that any incidental marks, tonal variations, or textural differences are natural
characteristics of the materials and should not be considered imperfections.

Let them air dry, or use a soft, dry cloth like microfiber to remove extra moisture. Please donβt use rough cloths or sponges, and avoid rubbing or scrubbing, as this can damage the surface and cause cracks. Do not dry clean, as it may ruin the material. To keep your bag in good shape, avoid placing it near heat or direct sunlight for a long time, as this can also cause cracks. When you're not using the bag, store it in a dust bag or box on its own, in a cool and dry place away from sunlight, moisture, and humidity.

Always remove your accessories before swimming or doing hands-on activities to prevent damage. To avoid tangles or scratches, wrap each piece separately or store them in their own compartments. When travelling, make sure your jewellery pieces are not packed too closely together.
