Care info and alteration:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, dampness and walking on rough stones or wet surfaces.
- Use a fabric cleaner to clean your shoes, a toothbrush to remove dirt particles, and a pencil to remove dirt marks. For stain removal, use commercially available liquids to remove tough stains.
- We accept minor alterations as long as the item purchased is not worn, not washed, not changed or damaged in any way. Kindly notify us via WhatsApp if you require any alterations.
- Major alteration such as adding details, changing height if the heels, or fabrication and beadwork is not allowed.
- Alteration is not valid after 7 days upon successful delivery. Postage in the event of a return is to be born by the buyer.
- Photos were taken with various angle of studio lightings, colors of the actual products might be slightly different.
- Shop online: Customers are allowed to exchange sizes with the same design only upon 3 days receiving the items (depending on size availability) . We will not entertain any request for exchange / return / refund after 3 days. Exchange and returning process will take 14 working day to process. If you purchased online, customers are not allowed to exchange / return at any of our physical stores.
- Charges (return and delivery) will be bare by customer. We prefer if you can walk in to our HQ (Bangi Sentral) to exchange size. During peak season, we will not allowed customers to exchange sizes, please refer to the sizing chart.
