- Shop online: Customers are allowed to exchange sizes with the same design only upon 3 days receiving the items (depending on size availability) . We will not entertain any request for exchange / return / refund after 3 days. Exchange and returning process will take 14 working day to process. If you purchased online, customers are not allowed to exchange / return at any of our physical stores.
- Charges (return and delivery) will be bare by customer. We prefer if you can walk in to our HQ (Bangi Sentral) to exchange size. During peak season, we will not allowed customers to exchange sizes, please refer to the sizing chart.
